Founding Membership at Magnolia Golf Club is our premier offering, providing exclusive access unlike any other club in Seattle. Membership is priced at $10k, and locks in your membership for life. Founding Members can reserve their spot with a $1k refundable deposit.

Your Founding Membership investment is backed by a formal agreement with Magnolia Golf Club. In the unlikely event the club does not open, your membership fee will be fully refunded, ensuring your investment is protected. We are committed to transparency and delivering on the exclusive benefits promised to our Founding Members.

Magnolia Golf Club is slated to launch in January ‘27. To deliver on this experience, Founding Members will be charged in full in July ‘26. Before then, you can cancel without penalty. After, Founding members will have a 25% cancellation penalty and forfeit their spot.

To protect your investment, Founding Members are granted a one time membership transfer, where you may gift, reassign, or sell your membership if you are no longer able to visit MGC.

Each Founding Member starts with a custom welcome kit with merch that will never be replicated. You’ll cement your place in MGC history with our founders section plaques, the ability to vote on bay naming rights, get exclusive access for bay booking 14 days in advance (rather than 7), and much more.

Founding Members lock in their membership for life and will have full access to Maganolia Golf Club at no extra costs. Founding Members will have access to PGA instruction, tournaments, and other special events at reduced prices.
